Finding a quick meal in Disney World is pretty easy, but it’s finding a fresh tasting and filling quick meal that can be a little harder. All throughout Walt Disney World there are tons of vegan quick service options, many contain french fries and some sort of vegetable patty. That’s not the case when you’re searching for a quick option in Epcot’s World Showcase. One of our absolute favorite quick service options is at Tangierine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion.

Tangierine Cafe is found in the front of the Morocco pavilion in World Showcase and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside is still open air, so on a hot day you won’t find air conditioning here. Our love for Tangierine Cafe comes in when you look at the menu, not only is there one vegan option, but there are several!

Tangierine Cafe offers a Falafel Wrap and a Vegetarian Platter, additionally every side option is vegan. The falafel here is cooked in a shared fryer, so if you avoid that you can get an extra helping of something else to make up for it. Additionally, they often change their pitas here so just be sure to double check when ordering that it is vegan at the time.
On our last trip we had a delicious lunch here. I opted for the Falafel Wrap with tahini instead of the tzatziki that it comes with and Corey had the Vegetable Platter. Every trip we eat here at least once. It’s super easy to order here and the staff knows what you mean when you say vegan. We always check the pitas as they often change suppliers and the bread changes.

The falafel wrap is filled with falafel, onions, hummus, lettuce and tomatoes. This meal also comes with couscous and lentil salad. I have swapped those for french fries in the past. The wrap is delicious! Crispy falafel and creamy hummus make a great combo. This is definitely one of my favorite meals in Disney.

The Vegetable Platter is like a deconstructed version of the wrap, but with more sides. This super filling meal comes with falafel, lentil salad, olives, hummus, tabbouleh, couscous and pita bread. You can build your own wrap and have more food! This meal is definitely worth your money. It tastes fresh, won’t leave you feeling sluggish and your wallet will be happy too.

The veg platter, looks like it does not come with the couscous from the WDW menu.
