  1. I’ve eaten several times at Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. Each visit I notified the server that I was vegan, and both visits a chef came to our table and offered a variety of off-the-menu options that were wonderful.

Don’t be afraid to ask to see the chef. 🙂

  2. I am SO excited for Erin McKenna’s Bakery as I am obsessed with Babycakes. It wasn’t open when I was at Disney last year. I’ve eaten Babycakes treats in Disney and in NYC. The cupcakes are delicious and the donuts are to die for. The vegan risotto at Raglan Road is scrumptious AND you get to listen to live music. Win win!

  3. Paradiso 37 was great, chef came out and we built a yummy salad together

House of Blues was a mess, the chef seemed annoyed and told me he would do a pasta with no cheese, and it was gross, just purred spinach on noodle, no taste.

  4. Starbucks: multi grain and plain bagels are vegan… I ask for an agave packet with them. Also, their of earl and toppings are vegan. Lastly, they have a hearty veggie salad (but the dressing does have honey)
Bongos uses vegetable oil, their fries and plantains are vegan as well as both* kinds of rice and their beans. I confirmed with the chef who was himself vegan for 7 years!!! 🙂

  5. I talked with a chef at Planet Hollywood when we were there last week. The only vegan offering was pasta with marinara sauce. A bit disappointing. The super loud, pounding music didn’t help. :-/

  6. At Bongos right now. Chef says the black bean hummus is made mixed with sour cream. He ended up making us a breaded eggplant and agave dressing appetizer instead!

      1. I was at the t-Rex cafe and they told me you need to substitute the oil for marinara just an fyi

  7. At Paradiso 37 in Disney springs, the black bean burger contains eggs and they are using brioche buns that contain milk and eggs for all their burgers. They gave a gluten free bun but it also contains egg whites. The chef came out and was very helpful but I ended up just getting nachos with no cheese or sour cream. Slightly disappointing but the margaritas were amazing. I hope this helps!

  8. Raglan road doesn’t have the vegan bun anymore, so it’s not worthy to pay that much for a mushroom with cucumbers

At the Amc dine-in theatre they have a quinoa veggie burger without provolone cheese

    1. I was just there and I asked about my options, and the veggie burger (which I typically stay away from due to texture and soy) was never mentioned.

  9. Hangar bar… Tacos OK without the yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, snack of RA definitely not vegan… Asked for no cheese but was served a giant plate of chicken!

  10. Wolfgang Puck Express no longer has the Vegetable Sandwich on its menu. They now have a Hummus Wrap. I didn’t ask after its ingredients

  11. On two separate visits last December and this past January, the same chef at Paradiso 37 made me a delicious sampler platter of lots of items that were already vegan or could be made vegan. It was all delicious and he was very accommodating. Some of the items were – Maduros, Tostones, Rice, Yucca Fries, and Veggies.

  12. This site is great as we are Disney fans and are all now vegan. When we went in July I was vegan but my daughter had a dairy intolerance and mostly all places we ate at were very helpful and accommodating. We ate at the Rainforest cafe at Disney Springs on our last day and they had nothing on the menu that was suitable for vegans but the chef came out and was very accommodating and cooked me a special meal of pasta, marinara sauce and roasted vegetables 🙂

  13. Frontera Cocina has a delicious mushroom torta. Must ask for the item without the goat cheese! They are able to make most things vegan.

  14. Can you add a candy list? I am a vegan and want a caramel apple from the Disney springs candy shop. What are their vegan options?

    1. It is vegan, but the veggies are cooked in butter. If you ask, they will cook them in oil for you instead.

  15. Just got back from our Disney Trip. Absolutely loved Erin Mckennas Bakery. They actually do let you use the Disney dining plan there. You can use a snack, or sub three items as a quick service. Awesome place. Definitely recommend!

  16. Hello, I went to Splitsville today and asked about the crust and they said the only vegan crust is the gluten free. Both the white and the wheat crust have an egg wash already on them that cannot be made without. Other than that it was great!!!

  17. How good is Blaze Pizza? I ate there twice on our December trip, and would’ve gone a third time if the logistics had worked out. Really delicious, loads and loads of vegan choices, very friendly staff, and even if there’s a line, it moves superfast. With Erin McKenna’s right down the street, Disney Springs has turned into Vegan Heaven!

  18. I dined at Frontera Cocina today and it was awesome. The chef came out to talk through the vegan options. I got black bean enchiladas with veggies and guacamole. They have two types of black beans, one of which is vegan (the other option is cooked with pork). I highly recommend this restaurant.

  19. I made a special trip to Disney Springs during my recent trip just to try Blaze Pizza & Erin McKenna’s, and I’m so glad I did! I’m gluten free as well & the gf crust at Blaze is really good, and Erin McKenna’s is vegan & gluten free heaven! ❤

  20. Was pleasantly surprised by the advertised vegan menu at blizzard beach! Everything I received was labeled vegan (I got the veggie wrap which was simple but delicious). The meal came with chips but they were very kind to inform me that they’re cooked in the same fryer as the meat so they offered to replace it with apples, which I did. Very impressed by blizzard beach, would definitely recommend!!!

  21. Just been to splitsville and doubled checked both of the bases have honey in them. Making them not vegan, even though they have an option of honey washed or traditional which would make you assume he traditional was fine but it’s not.

  22. I am the only one in my family who is vegan, one of our reservations is at the Boathouse. Do you know if they have any vegan options or if they could change a little bit of their menu soI could eat there?

  23. Just went to the grand floridian cafe. They sub the salmon in miso glazed salmon (+ green beans + lemon rice) for tofu. It was really good! The vanilla non-dairy ice cream + vegan/gluten free spiced cookies were similarly great w/ black coffee

  24. I was really excited to find lots of people saying that Blaze pizzas can be vegan so I went to Blaze pizza in Disney Springs last night. It was a good start….clean gloves, fresh veggies from separate tubs to the ones on display and vegan (daiya) cheese.

However, when I watched my pizza being cooked, I saw it being dragged and slid into the oven across the fallout from other pizzas; melted (dairy) cheese, little bits of meat that had fallen off other pizzas etc. They also cut your pizza with the same cutter that has been used for meat etc. unless you remind them!

Anyone with a lactose allergy will struggle here because of the cross contamination. But you could perhaps get lucky if you go as soon as they open, when the ovens are clean.
It was very busy last night when I went so I’m guessing that the ovens had a days worth of crap in them.

I know that different people have different tolerances, but having said at the beginning to the server that I have allergies and that I am vegan and to be told that it was all fine, I was very disappointed.

The staff were very apologetic and refunded my pizza and I was told that I could have another one cooked, but that it would still be with the same paddle in the oven full of bits.

Perhaps they should have some pizza trays that are kept for vegan customers that the pizzas could be baked on. Until that happens, I cannot and will not eat a pizza that has meat and cheese residue on 😦
