Bongos Cuban Cafe have a really nice vegetarian platter.

    • vegdisneyworld June 27, 2014 / 7:19 am

Great! Thanks Jay, I have added it to the list.

I’ve eaten several times at Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. Each visit I notified the server that I was vegan, and both visits a chef came to our table and offered a variety of off-the-menu options that were wonderful.

Don’t be afraid to ask to see the chef. 🙂

I am SO excited for Erin McKenna’s Bakery as I am obsessed with Babycakes. It wasn’t open when I was at Disney last year. I’ve eaten Babycakes treats in Disney and in NYC. The cupcakes are delicious and the donuts are to die for. The vegan risotto at Raglan Road is scrumptious AND you get to listen to live music. Win win!

Paradiso 37 was great, chef came out and we built a yummy salad together

House of Blues was a mess, the chef seemed annoyed and told me he would do a pasta with no cheese, and it was gross, just purred spinach on noodle, no taste.

  5. Ariana Rivera July 6, 2015 / 5:18 am

Starbucks: multi grain and plain bagels are vegan… I ask for an agave packet with them. Also, their of earl and toppings are vegan. Lastly, they have a hearty veggie salad (but the dressing does have honey)
Bongos uses vegetable oil, their fries and plantains are vegan as well as both* kinds of rice and their beans. I confirmed with the chef who was himself vegan for 7 years!!! 🙂

  6. indiandpuppy July 24, 2015 / 5:37 pm

Planet Hollywood- Spaghetti and tomato sauce or special request spicy vegetable wraps with salsa, avacado and tons of chips

  7. Chauncy July 26, 2015 / 11:59 am

The tomato sauce at Wolfgang Puck Express has cheese in it. Not vegan.

  8. Robin Fru September 8, 2015 / 11:57 am

I talked with a chef at Planet Hollywood when we were there last week. The only vegan offering was pasta with marinara sauce. A bit disappointing. The super loud, pounding music didn’t help. :-/

  9. Trevor October 14, 2015 / 8:09 pm

At Bongos right now. Chef says the black bean hummus is made mixed with sour cream. He ended up making us a breaded eggplant and agave dressing appetizer instead!

    • vegdisneyworld October 14, 2015 / 8:10 pm

Weird, we went there last trip and was told it was vegan? It was basically refried black beans so you weren’t missing much. I’d rather had the eggplant!

    • vegdisneyworld October 14, 2015 / 8:11 pm

Also we had to get it without the aioli topping with it.

    • F ML November 10, 2016 / 11:27 pm

I was under the impression that their rice and black beans were vegan.

  10. Don Kearney-Bourque December 29, 2015 / 11:18 pm

No chips and salsa at planet Hollywood. Asked the server and he said no.

    • vegdisneyworld December 30, 2015 / 7:25 am

Thanks for the update, I’ll remove it from the list.

  11. Carlos January 16, 2016 / 3:51 pm

In House of Blues, they have a veggie flatbread and I asked without cheese. Is pretty good.

  12. ashdahlke January 23, 2016 / 10:24 am

At Paradiso 37 in Disney springs, the black bean burger contains eggs and they are using brioche buns that contain milk and eggs for all their burgers. They gave a gluten free bun but it also contains egg whites. The chef came out and was very helpful but I ended up just getting nachos with no cheese or sour cream. Slightly disappointing but the margaritas were amazing. I hope this helps!

  13. Carlos February 13, 2016 / 4:29 pm

Raglan road doesn’t have the vegan bun anymore, so it’s not worthy to pay that much for a mushroom with cucumbers

At the Amc dine-in theatre they have a quinoa veggie burger without provolone cheese

  14. cheryl e February 17, 2016 / 3:39 pm

    Rainforest café?

  15. Administrator February 27, 2016 / 1:54 pm

Thank you for this guide! Was in Disney springs and ate the hummus wrap at Wolfgang puck! 🙂

    • Anonymous March 11, 2016 / 4:38 pm

you cant just say you ate it, we gotta know if it was any good! please and thanks 😀

  16. Anne May 12, 2016 / 10:27 am

Even though it’s not on the menu, T-Rex does have veggie burgers. You have to ask.

    • Ilene F November 30, 2016 / 4:41 pm

I was just there and I asked about my options, and the veggie burger (which I typically stay away from due to texture and soy) was never mentioned.

  17. Amber May 28, 2016 / 8:50 pm

Hangar bar… Tacos OK without the yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, snack of RA definitely not vegan… Asked for no cheese but was served a giant plate of chicken!

    • vegdisneyworld May 28, 2016 / 8:58 pm

Thanks for the update! We’ll remove that dish from the list.

  18. Scott June 12, 2016 / 2:26 pm

Wolfgang Puck Express no longer has the Vegetable Sandwich on its menu. They now have a Hummus Wrap. I didn’t ask after its ingredients

  19. lilinando July 22, 2016 / 5:57 pm

On two separate visits last December and this past January, the same chef at Paradiso 37 made me a delicious sampler platter of lots of items that were already vegan or could be made vegan. It was all delicious and he was very accommodating. Some of the items were – Maduros, Tostones, Rice, Yucca Fries, and Veggies.

  20. Scott August 23, 2016 / 11:05 am

I went to Frontera Cocina a couple of days ago. They were super-accommodating. The Mushroom Torta was delicious.

  21. Katie September 20, 2016 / 5:24 pm

Does the house of blues have anything vegan? Thanks

  22. Donna October 23, 2016 / 5:39 am

This site is great as we are Disney fans and are all now vegan. When we went in July I was vegan but my daughter had a dairy intolerance and mostly all places we ate at were very helpful and accommodating. We ate at the Rainforest cafe at Disney Springs on our last day and they had nothing on the menu that was suitable for vegans but the chef came out and was very accommodating and cooked me a special meal of pasta, marinara sauce and roasted vegetables 🙂

  23. Aly Santos November 9, 2016 / 7:39 pm

Frontera Cocina has a delicious mushroom torta. Must ask for the item without the goat cheese! They are able to make most things vegan.

  24. Francisco November 10, 2016 / 11:25 pm

Can you add a candy list? I am a vegan and want a caramel apple from the Disney springs candy shop. What are their vegan options?

  25. Zoe November 23, 2016 / 2:46 pm

Have there been any updates about the vegan/not vegan status of the B.B. Wolf veggie sausage roll and toppings?

    • J$ May 4, 2017 / 1:15 pm

It is vegan, but the veggies are cooked in butter. If you ask, they will cook them in oil for you instead.

  26. katlinmangrum December 7, 2016 / 11:43 am

Just got back from our Disney Trip. Absolutely loved Erin Mckennas Bakery. They actually do let you use the Disney dining plan there. You can use a snack, or sub three items as a quick service. Awesome place. Definitely recommend!

  27. Meg December 10, 2016 / 2:38 pm

Hello, I went to Splitsville today and asked about the crust and they said the only vegan crust is the gluten free. Both the white and the wheat crust have an egg wash already on them that cannot be made without. Other than that it was great!!!

  28. anonymous December 26, 2016 / 7:55 pm

How good is Blaze Pizza? I ate there twice on our December trip, and would’ve gone a third time if the logistics had worked out. Really delicious, loads and loads of vegan choices, very friendly staff, and even if there’s a line, it moves superfast. With Erin McKenna’s right down the street, Disney Springs has turned into Vegan Heaven!

  29. amandasuarez22 March 11, 2017 / 1:27 pm

The Kale and Red Quinoa Salad at T-Rex is also vegan! I asked the chef and they said the lemon vinegarette is okay!

  30. Christine June 5, 2017 / 4:23 pm

I dined at Frontera Cocina today and it was awesome. The chef came out to talk through the vegan options. I got black bean enchiladas with veggies and guacamole. They have two types of black beans, one of which is vegan (the other option is cooked with pork). I highly recommend this restaurant.

  31. pennysportal June 8, 2017 / 6:27 pm

I made a special trip to Disney Springs during my recent trip just to try Blaze Pizza & Erin McKenna’s, and I’m so glad I did! I’m gluten free as well & the gf crust at Blaze is really good, and Erin McKenna’s is vegan & gluten free heaven! ❤
