There’s a new place to grab some food at Disney Springs! Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew has opened over by Splitsville near the parking garage. This spot offers fun music, bright colors, and brighter donuts.

We were hyped to find out they had a vegan option available. They don’t have a ton of flavors, so having one be vegan is a big win for us.

They also serve other food, but unfortunately nothing other than Fries (which are cooked in a shared fryer) are vegan. But at least they’re waffle fries.

The Purple Glazed Ube donut is the vegan option here. The donut features a bright purple color, thanks to the ube, is glazed and then topped with purple sugar crystals. The actual size of the donut was very large and was perfect to share.

This donut offered a light and fluffy texture and wasn’t very sweet. The texture wasn’t typical for yeast donuts that I’m used to, but it wasn’t cakey either. It was just a very soft yeast donut. The whole time I was trying to pinpoint a flavor to it, but it really just tasted like a basic glazed donut, we didn’t notice the ube flavor at all.

I will absolutely get this donut again. It wasn’t overly exciting, but it was very enjoyable. It just the right amount of simple flavors and sweetness for me to enjoy with my cold brew coffee.

Oh yeah, the name mentions cold brew, so naturally I had to try it. I opted for the Salted Caramel Cold Brew but swapped the milk for oat milk and omitted the whipped cream. They also have soy milk available.
You can also create your own cold brew drink, we asked and were told their syrups are all vegan. Obviously if it’s something that can sometimes not be vegan, be sure to ask when getting coffee.

The coffee was really good, it was a bit too sweet for my preference, but it paired really well with my donut.

This is a fun new addition to Disney Springs and they created a great little outdoor space to enjoy your treats. I hope to see some more vegan options in the future!
