Finding a quick meal in Disney World is pretty easy, but it’s finding a fresh tasting and filling quick meal that can be a little harder. All throughout Walt Disney World there are tons of vegan quick service options, many contain french fries and some sort of vegetable patty. That’s not the case when you’re searching for a quick option in Epcot’s World Showcase. One of our absolute favorite quick service options is at Tangierine Cafe in the Morocco pavilion.

A few years ago we would joke about how Magic Kingdom was full of veggie burgers for both vegetarians and vegans. Over the years some of the quick service options have changed which have made it so that our options have expanded beyond the world of the Malibu Gardenburger while in Magic Kingdom. One of those more recent changes was over in Tomorrowland at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe.

This week we have a guest post from Erin about her dinner experience at ‘Ohana. ‘Ohana is located at Disney’s Polynesian Resort and features a family style meal. Here’s Erin’s review:
Back in April of this year I enjoyed a fully vegan dinner at the ‘Ohana family style dinner. I understand that a lot of vegans tend to avoid this because of the huge meat focused menu but, I have to say this is a must hit for vegans visiting the parks . The chef was very helpful in explaining what on the menu was vegan and could be modified for me.

Some of the best dining in Disney can be done in the resorts and not in the parks. One that always stands out to us is Citricos in the Grand Floridian. We have eaten here several times but seem to keep forgetting to let you all know how great it is! Previously we were treated to an excellent meal from Chef Phil, but as of our trip in January, Chef Phil has moved over to Golden Oaks and has been replaced.
