Snack Series: Grab and Go!

Snacking through Disney World has become easier over the years for us vegans. In a land where we once could only enjoy popcorn and pretzels we now have tons of options unique to each park! But what about at your resorts? What if you want something to munch on on the bus or the plane on your way … well I won’t say, it’s just too sad.

Disney partnered with Enjoy Life a few years ago to bring great allergy friendly snacks to the parks. In the last year they rebranded them as Snacks with Character, and now have even more options, not just Enjoy Life snacks. In this post we’re going to show you just some of the snacks you can throw in your bag to snack on later! We have found these snacks at resorts and in the parks. Not all stores carry all of these options.

Let’s check out the Enjoy Life chocolates first. We have two options with these, a rice milk based bar and a dark chocolate.

Next is the Enjoy Life Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookies.

If you have a popcorn fan in your life or don’t think your refillable bucket will survive TSA then pick up these Sriracha Kettle Corn bags!

Disney may have taken away our dark chocolate Chocolatears, but now we have Dark Chocolate Almonds and Dark Chocolate Nonpareils.

Chips come in a few varieties, Mickey Shaped Veggie Chips, Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips and Sweet Chili Tortilla Chips.

Another fun one is the Princess Leia Dark Chocolates.

Snacks are everywhere! These are just a few of the hidden snacks throughout the parks. Some other fun options can be found in World Showcase in Epcot like these snacks in Germany! There is also vegan chocolate in Mexico.

Back in 2014 I created Vegan Disney World after going to Walt Disney World several times and finding no resource for vegan options. Corey and I began this blog from our trips and have now moved closer to the mouse to eat around the parks on a weekly basis. Since the blog started we have cruised on Disney Cruise Line, gone to Tokyo Disneyland and to Disneyland in California!

  1. I bought a few bags of the Main Street Sriracha Popcorn. It is a great sweet and salty treat when needed, not spicy at all. I don’t usually buy prepackaged popcorn but, I had to give this a try. I actually bought a few of the other flavors too, I had to have the tin plus, not everyone in my family was willing to try the sriracha. All the popcorns had great flavor but, the also all seem to be soft or even stale. I am not sure why, maybe the heat or weather? The Chip N’ Dale pretzels were fine crispy and fresh tasting.
