Have you had the pleasure of eating at eet by Maneet Chauhan at Disney Springs yet? This quick service restaurant opened in December of 2023 and seems to be a quiet spot with some tasty labeled vegan options. We went here several years ago to give it a try, which you can view here, and I decided to give it another go as I heard they had falafel now as well.

I went for the Build Your Own Bowl again and this time did a base of Cumin Basmati Rice, Masala Falafel, and Bhunna, which is a classic Indian curry sauce. The bowls also come with pickled red cabbage, Indian pico de gallo, and masala chickpea pearls.

On my previous visit I had opted for the Masala Cauliflower but otherwise I think I chose the same options. The falafel was good at first, but the longer it sat in the curry sauce the soggier it became, giving it a texture I struggled to eat. Had I kept it separate from the bhunna I think I would have enjoyed it more.

Overall I really enjoyed the bowl as I like the flavors it offers. I think I’d pick the cauliflower over the falafel personally, but that is strictly due to texture issues. The remaining bowl textures, aside from the falafel, are really enjoyable with the crunchy chickpea pearls and the pico.
I did also get the Masala Fries as I remembered really loving them before. The fries have changed since 2023, they now seemed like normal fries with a seasoning sprinkled on them after the fact rather than being tossed. They were pretty simple and not something I’d spend $6 on again.

They now take dining reservations for a specific area of the restaurant to sit in, but it is still a quick service restaurant. I recommend trying the DIY Pani Puri whenever you go!
