  1. I went to Frontera Cocina a couple of days ago. They were super-accommodating. The Mushroom Torta was delicious.

  2. On two separate visits last December and this past January, the same chef at Paradiso 37 made me a delicious sampler platter of lots of items that were already vegan or could be made vegan. It was all delicious and he was very accommodating. Some of the items were – Maduros, Tostones, Rice, Yucca Fries, and Veggies.

  3. Wolfgang Puck Express no longer has the Vegetable Sandwich on its menu. They now have a Hummus Wrap. I didn’t ask after its ingredients

  4. Hangar bar… Tacos OK without the yogurt sauce. Unfortunately, snack of RA definitely not vegan… Asked for no cheese but was served a giant plate of chicken!

    1. I was just there and I asked about my options, and the veggie burger (which I typically stay away from due to texture and soy) was never mentioned.

  5. Raglan road doesn’t have the vegan bun anymore, so it’s not worthy to pay that much for a mushroom with cucumbers

At the Amc dine-in theatre they have a quinoa veggie burger without provolone cheese

  6. At Paradiso 37 in Disney springs, the black bean burger contains eggs and they are using brioche buns that contain milk and eggs for all their burgers. They gave a gluten free bun but it also contains egg whites. The chef came out and was very helpful but I ended up just getting nachos with no cheese or sour cream. Slightly disappointing but the margaritas were amazing. I hope this helps!

  7. At Bongos right now. Chef says the black bean hummus is made mixed with sour cream. He ended up making us a breaded eggplant and agave dressing appetizer instead!

      1. I was at the t-Rex cafe and they told me you need to substitute the oil for marinara just an fyi

  8. I talked with a chef at Planet Hollywood when we were there last week. The only vegan offering was pasta with marinara sauce. A bit disappointing. The super loud, pounding music didn’t help. :-/

  9. Starbucks: multi grain and plain bagels are vegan… I ask for an agave packet with them. Also, their of earl and toppings are vegan. Lastly, they have a hearty veggie salad (but the dressing does have honey)
Bongos uses vegetable oil, their fries and plantains are vegan as well as both* kinds of rice and their beans. I confirmed with the chef who was himself vegan for 7 years!!! 🙂

  10. Paradiso 37 was great, chef came out and we built a yummy salad together

House of Blues was a mess, the chef seemed annoyed and told me he would do a pasta with no cheese, and it was gross, just purred spinach on noodle, no taste.

  11. I am SO excited for Erin McKenna’s Bakery as I am obsessed with Babycakes. It wasn’t open when I was at Disney last year. I’ve eaten Babycakes treats in Disney and in NYC. The cupcakes are delicious and the donuts are to die for. The vegan risotto at Raglan Road is scrumptious AND you get to listen to live music. Win win!

  12. I’ve eaten several times at Portobello Country Italian Trattoria. Each visit I notified the server that I was vegan, and both visits a chef came to our table and offered a variety of off-the-menu options that were wonderful.

Don’t be afraid to ask to see the chef. 🙂
