California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort no longer has the Vegan Unplugged menu option. They do have the Truffle Selezione Pasta as an entree now on the menu. The pasta comes with vegetables and a truffle tofu cream. You can also get the Forbidden Sushi Roll as well. 🥕 #vegandisneyworld

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS 🎬 Over at Lombard’s at Universal Studios you can find a vegan pasta dish on the menu. This is the Plant-Based Penne Genovese which features Beyond Sausage, vegan Parmesan, and a basil oil. This meal was incredibly flavorful and something I’d get again when on the hunt for a table service meal at Universal. 🍝 #vegandisneyworldatuniversal

We have some sad news about Beaches and Cream at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. One of our friends went yesterday and was told that they no longer have the vegan marshmallow sauce. 😩 It appears the company that made it is no longer in business so the new marshmallow sauce contains eggs. Beaches and Cream still has several vegan ice creams available and a peanut butter and chocolate sauce that is vegan. 🍨 #vegandisneyworld

Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom is one of the

Satu’li Canteen in Animal Kingdom is one of the few quick service locations currently open. Lucky for us they still have the Crispy Tofu Bowl available! 🍴 They’ve made it easier than ever on mobile order too, just head to the plant based section when you select the restaurant, they have the two vegan bases shown (rice and beans and potato hash) and the only vegan sauce (charred green onion vinaigrette) which helps you to avoid selecting the non vegan options. Currently all quick service (with the exception of allergies) is being done via mobile ordering. ✨ #vegandisneyworld

At Coral Reef Restaurant in EPCOT you can find this vegan entree, the Grilled Vegetable Skewer with Impossible Kefta. This entree comes with basmati rice, seasonal vegetables, a smoked eggplant salad, and of course little Impossible Kefta balls. It’s a nice mostly vegetable option and their vegan dessert of Baileys Almande and Jack Daniel’s Mousse is amazing here. 🍅 #vegandisneyworld

There are only a few restaurants open throughout the parks right now. One of them is Tony’s Town Square at the Magic Kingdom. Here you can find the Spaghetti and Impossible Meatballs which are a filling and delicious entree. The meatballs are huge and very tasty. The Tatooine Two Suns Hummus is still available at Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios. To get it you have to mobile order and select a time you will be picking it up. This dish features a red pepper hummus and a regular hummus with pita and a side salad. It’s a great light dish for these hot summer days. 🎬 #vegandisneyworld

Yesterday EPCOT reopened and the Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival began too. It’s kind of a hybrid of Flower & Garden meets Food & Wine. One of the standouts for us was the Mac & Cheese Booth which has vegan Macaroni and Cheese topped with a house-made vegan Italian sausage! Hollywood Studios reopens tomorrow. One of the vegan options that will be available will be at PizzeRizzo is the Spicy Italian "Sausage" Sub. This sandwich features a Beyond sausage, marinara, peppers, onions and mushrooms, and is served with a side salad with vegan ranch. Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom are officially open!! ✨ Things look a little different around the park, but the magic is still there. We spent Thursday at the Passholder Preview and got to check out the makeover on the castle in person. I’ve got to say, it is stunning in person. Yesterday we got lunch at Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom and finally got to try their vegan dessert. This is the Panna-Connie's Congo Lime Delight and it is absolutely delicious. The lime Panna Cotta is topped with a lime mango sorbet, fruit and a Brazil nut cookie crumble. It’s creamy, just the right amount of tart, and something I’ll absolutely be getting again. I highly recommend trying this next time you dine here! 🐘 #vegandisneyworld
