Instagram post 2192915597501814981_2249957792 Whenever we’re snacking around World Showcase in Epcot we usually make a stop at Choza de Margarita in Mexico. Not only do they have great margaritas, but they have this hefty serving of guacamole and chips too! The guacamole is a great texture and has a little kick to it. 🥑 #vegandisneyworld
Instagram post 2192168362170180777_2249957792 Our favorite burger at Disney World (and Orlando!) is at the House of Blues at Disney Springs. The Impossible Burger is on the menu here and you can get it as a single or a double. It comes with vegan cheese and a “secret sauce” that is vegan mayo based. Have you tried this burger yet? 🍔 #vegandisneyworld
Instagram post 2191440085654844136_2249957792 The Maple-Chipotle BBQ Braised Jackfruit Dip from Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge didn’t look like much, but tasted great. Find out more about it and the rest of our meal on our blog, link in our stories and on our profile. 🌲 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2190737275871181092_2249957792 You can still find delicious beignets at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter at Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. They moved a few weeks ago from Sassagoula next door to Scat Cats. Just be sure to order them vegan as the standard on menu ones are not vegan. The fruit dipping sauce is almost always vegan, but be sure to ask! The vegan version of the beignets are also gluten free, previously these were a shared fryer but we haven’t asked since they moved locations. 🐊 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2190030206016931845_2249957792 UNIVERSAL ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE - We finally tried an in park table service restaurant at Universal and it did not disappoint. We checked out Confisco Grille which is right by the entrance to Islands of Adventure. The server was super knowledgeable about vegan options, plus all (except for the spinach artichoke dip) the vegetarian options can be vegan! We absolutely loved this Hummus Appetizer and will be back for this. 😋 #vegandisneyworldatuniversal •

Instagram post 2189286538846720598_2249957792 Everyone knows Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge for their Plant Based Skillet. But if you’re not feeling all that food the Pan Fried Red Quinoa Cakes are also available at dinner. This entree is a great improvement from the old version and the quinoa cakes are flavorful and crispy. I will absolutely get this again over the skillet. 🌲 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2188566758640745582_2249957792 The Epcot International Festival of the Holidays started yesterday and we got the single vegan as is option. We only knew about this from friends who went to the media events for this as it’s not labeled at all. The Black and White Cookie is completely plant based and made in house. You can find the cookie at the L’Chaim booth. I’ve never had a black and white cookie to compare, but it was good. It was not thin, but was soft, much like a cake donut. The festival runs until December 30th. 🍪 #vegandisneyworld #epcotholidays •

Instagram post 2187914304781734607_2249957792 Animal Kingdom has grown some of their vegan options since October and one of my new favorite additions is this Sicilian-Style Pizza Slice from Pizzafari. This pizza is vegan as is and is topped with vegan sausage, vegan Parmesan, and peppers. Have you tried this new vegan pizza? 🍕 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2186384701462331309_2249957792 If you’re heading to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, be sure to stop by one of the two locations with a snowman pretzel! The pretzel and the (by request only) Enjoy Life cookies are the only included vegan snack options for the party. You can also get a vegan version of the To Be Jolly Float from the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor for an extra cost. ⛄️ #vegandisneyworld #verymerry •

Instagram post 2185648876852264732_2249957792 At Disney’s Grand Floridian’s gingerbread house you can find two vegan options. They have a two pack of Gingerbread Men and a Thin Mint cookie. Both options are also gluten free since they’re from Erin McKenna’s Bakery. The gingerbread house will be up until very early January. We love the thin mint, which do you prefer? ⛄️ #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2184936723644035026_2249957792 If you’re looking for a veggie heavy meal while at Disney Springs, head to Wolfgang Puck Express for the Whole Wheat Hummus Wrap (without feta). This is a refreshing option in the world of burgers and pizza. You can get house made chips or fries as a side (shared fryer). 🌯 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2184197178359080247_2249957792 Whether you’re in the mood for a snack or an appetizer for your meal, the veganized Buffalo Cauliflower from Ale & Compass at Disney’s Yacht Club is a must have. You need to request it to be vegan (they even have vegan ranch to dip it in), and it is available at both the restaurant and the lounge. 🔥 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2183479502116663726_2249957792 If I’m spending the day shopping at Disney Springs, I pretty much always refuel at Blaze Pizza for lunch. Blaze is a chain (you may have one near you!) and they carry vegan cheese (no extra $$) and a vegan chorizo. Their normal crust and gluten free crusts are both vegan too. What are you favorite toppings? 🍕 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2182754717887677949_2249957792 The celebration of the Lion King is continuing at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. You can now find this Simba Pretzel in the park! Just be sure to order it without the cheese sauce (which also makes it cheaper). Currently you can only find him at the Harambe Fruit Market. 🦁 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2182035134134439830_2249957792 The Roasted Vegetable Sandwich can be found at Pop Century’s Everything Pop quick service. The sandwich features sun dried tomato hummus, zucchini, caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, arugula, and avocado. This is a great veggie heavy option at a value resort! 🥪 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2181478633829334007_2249957792 Having spent most of my life in the Midwest, I have to say that snow is 1000% more enjoyable in the form of snoap on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. ☃️ #vegandisneyworld #verymerry
Instagram post 2181304140741950857_2249957792 Capt. Cook’s at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has a few vegan options for lunch and dinner. This is the Pan Asian Noodles and Vegetables. It wasn’t our favorite (needed more flavor), but it was a good non burger option. 🥦 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2180588276564482897_2249957792 Friars Nook in Magic Kingdom is another great spot for a vegan sausage. Here you can find the Plant Based Brat n Tots. The Beyond Sausage is is topped with sauerkraut in a pretzel bun. The sausage is cooked in beer, so this isn’t a spot for those looking for gluten free options without a bun. The tots are in their own fryer. 🌭 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2180197673808692383_2249957792 My favorite swirl is back! You can find the lemon and lime swirl at Disney’s Polynesian Village’s Pineapple Lanai. This treat is a great mix of sweet and tangy. Hands down my favorite swirl around. 🍋 #vegandisneyworld •
