The Milk Stand, which can be found in Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studio, just recently started offering breakfast. This caught our attention as they have three options, and one of them is vegan.

The Milk Stand is known for it’s Blue and Green Milks, which also happen to be vegan and as they are a mix of rice and coconut milks. The Blue Milk is more of a floral flavor, and the Green Milk is more fruity. This is important information as the vegan breakfast here incorporates the milk.

The Wamba Yogurt Cup is a vegan yogurt breakfast dish, and is only served until 10am. The yogurt cup is a mix of Follow Your Heart Vanilla Yogurt and Green Milk powder. If you’re like, what?, same.

The yogurt is topped with cantelope, honeydew, lychee, dried pineapple, puffed rice, and thai basil. We were hopeful with this option, as it sounded like it could be a refreshing light breakfast that wasn’t waffles or faux egg/meat. But this option wasn’t for us.

I would liken it to Green Milk Pudding instead of yogurt. The flavor was just not good. The fruit had that taste like it was cut three days before and was just sitting and waiting. We usually don’t waste food and we ended up throwing this out because we couldn’t eat it. Even the toddlers turned it down.

I appreciate that they tried to have a unique vegan option here, but it just wasn’t good and I wouldn’t recommend it. I also want to note that I don’t mind the milks (I know people have their opinions about them), but the yogurt with it was just not good.
