Instagram post 2197988679694368481_2249957792 The Heart of Te’Fiti Cone from Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is a delicious lime treat. This cone is vegan as is including the cone. Hop on the monorail or the boat from Magic Kingdom to grab one for yourself! 🌺 #vegandisneyworld
Instagram post 2197258975924292261_2249957792 If you’re in the mood for a fried snack, stop in Raglan Road at Disney Springs. Here you can get off menu vegan and gluten free onion rings! Just be sure to let your server or the chef know about wanting them vegan as the ones on the menu aren’t vegan. 🧅 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2196684287775072406_2249957792 New options coming to Beaches and Cream! Plant Based Loaded Tots with Plant Based Chili, (assuming will also be plant based) cheese and sour cream. There will also be a Plant Based Burger with caramelized onion jam, plant based mayonnaise, on a multi grain bun. And then for dessert we’ll have COOKIE FRIES! I can’t wait to go to Beaches and Cream when it reopens. The restaurant will begin service again on December 26th. 🍪 #vegandisneyworld 📷: @disneyparksblog •

Instagram post 2196559732901276295_2249957792 Both the Blue Milk and the Green Milk from the Milk Stand in Hollywood Studios are vegan. They are a blend of coconut and rice milk with unique flavors. They have a consistency of a smoothie too. Have you had them? Which was your favorite? 🥛 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2196110167853057701_2249957792 Saratoga Springs Resort has a plant based option at their gingerbread house display!! How awesome is it that they have a vegan macaron! Be sure to stop by and grab one for yourself. You can find them in the lobby of the resort. 🎄 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2195823229283689229_2249957792 Over at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Magic Kingdom you can find a Plant Based Sloppy Joe. We weren’t fans of this at all. We’d like to know, if you’ve had it, did you like it? 👍🏼👎🏼 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2195092696266421723_2249957792 PizzeRizzo in Hollywood Studios has a newer on menu vegan option called the Spicy Italian "Sausage" Sub. This sub features a Beyond sausage, tomato sauce, and veggies. It comes with a side salad with vegan ranch. You can also still get vegan cheese here for pizzas. 🍕 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2194376657698272062_2249957792 Mama Melrose in Hollywood Studios might have a vegan option on their menu already, but their veganized flatbreads are my favorite. Just ask your server or the chef to modify the mushroom and the margarita flatbreads. Both have different crusts than on menu and vegan cheese, the mushroom requires the removal of the balsamic dressing on top (honey). 🍕 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2193707450312646721_2249957792 Good morning! Disney has reached back out to us and let us know there was a miscommunication and that the cream is not dairy based. Thank you @disneyparks for following up and letting us know. I still recommend asking questions, asking to see the ingredients when things seems questionable. #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2193632367153931756_2249957792 You can find vegan ice cream at Hollywood Scoops in Hollywood Studios. They have both chocolate and vanilla Tofutti available, just ask because it’s not on the menu. 🍦 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2193015059565940802_2249957792 UPDATE- guest services reached back out and said there was a miscommunication and that it is all plant based. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Last night I stopped at Chuck Wagon at Fort Wilderness and noticed their veggie burger had a plant based logo. Previously you had to order the burger without the cream to be vegan. I asked the cashier who then asked the chef and told me for it to be vegan you still need to order it without the cream. I’m shocked that the logo is on there, the chef may have been uninformed, or it was an oversight. But this is why you should still always ask questions. #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2192915597501814981_2249957792 Whenever we’re snacking around World Showcase in Epcot we usually make a stop at Choza de Margarita in Mexico. Not only do they have great margaritas, but they have this hefty serving of guacamole and chips too! The guacamole is a great texture and has a little kick to it. 🥑 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2192168362170180777_2249957792 Our favorite burger at Disney World (and Orlando!) is at the House of Blues at Disney Springs. The Impossible Burger is on the menu here and you can get it as a single or a double. It comes with vegan cheese and a “secret sauce” that is vegan mayo based. Have you tried this burger yet? 🍔 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2190737275871181092_2249957792 You can still find delicious beignets at Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter at Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. They moved a few weeks ago from Sassagoula next door to Scat Cats. Just be sure to order them vegan as the standard on menu ones are not vegan. The fruit dipping sauce is almost always vegan, but be sure to ask! The vegan version of the beignets are also gluten free, previously these were a shared fryer but we haven’t asked since they moved locations. 🐊 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2190030206016931845_2249957792 UNIVERSAL ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE - We finally tried an in park table service restaurant at Universal and it did not disappoint. We checked out Confisco Grille which is right by the entrance to Islands of Adventure. The server was super knowledgeable about vegan options, plus all (except for the spinach artichoke dip) the vegetarian options can be vegan! We absolutely loved this Hummus Appetizer and will be back for this. 😋 #vegandisneyworldatuniversal •

Instagram post 2189286538846720598_2249957792 Everyone knows Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge for their Plant Based Skillet. But if you’re not feeling all that food the Pan Fried Red Quinoa Cakes are also available at dinner. This entree is a great improvement from the old version and the quinoa cakes are flavorful and crispy. I will absolutely get this again over the skillet. 🌲 #vegandisneyworld •

Instagram post 2188566758640745582_2249957792 The Epcot International Festival of the Holidays started yesterday and we got the single vegan as is option. We only knew about this from friends who went to the media events for this as it’s not labeled at all. The Black and White Cookie is completely plant based and made in house. You can find the cookie at the L’Chaim booth. I’ve never had a black and white cookie to compare, but it was good. It was not thin, but was soft, much like a cake donut. The festival runs until December 30th. 🍪 #vegandisneyworld #epcotholidays •

Instagram post 2187914304781734607_2249957792 Animal Kingdom has grown some of their vegan options since October and one of my new favorite additions is this Sicilian-Style Pizza Slice from Pizzafari. This pizza is vegan as is and is topped with vegan sausage, vegan Parmesan, and peppers. Have you tried this new vegan pizza? 🍕 #vegandisneyworld •
