If you’re looking for a great way to meet some princesses, I recommend planning a meal at Akershus in Epcot. This Norwegian restaurant is a table service buffet hybrid, with the buffet being the appetizer. .

The buffet has a handful of vegan options and on the menu they have this vegan option, Raspeballer - Scandinavian Potato Dumpling. This is available for both lunch and dinner. They are also accommodating for breakfast with tons of veggies and a tofu scramble. .

I’m still thinking about this Curried Garbanzo Salad Sandwich from Centertown Market at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This is on the lunch and dinner menus and is a great option. It is filled with fresh vegetables, chickpeas, rice, salsa, and a little salad. It does have some spice to it too. The dish is vegan as is after the October 2019 change. One of our favorite veganized breakfasts for many years has been the Tonga Toast from Kona Cafe. This Polynesian Resort restaurant has always been incredibly accommodating. Just request a vegan version of this off the menu (it’s fried in a shared fryer) and then swap the side of meat for either fruit, potatoes, or now vegan sausage! 🍞 #vegandisneyworld •

This is the Maple-Chipotle Barbecue-braised Jackfruit Dip which is topped with a vegan pepper jack cheese and served with chips. It’s definitely a fork style dip, but it’s very good. The pretzel is great for sharing (or not), and is almost always warm and soft. He told me that TOMORROW they are changing it to be MEAT BASED and no longer a vegan chili. — edit to add Ethan the coordinator came back over to tell me that they WILL have the chili for the next three days by request only. He said that if the demand shows that people are requesting it they will keep it around. Jaleo by José at Disney Springs has a handful of delicious vegan options. Pictured is the Pan de cristal con tomate, Escalivada Catalana, and Ensalada Verde. They also have an amazing Empedrat de mongetes that we recommend. You can see what all is vegan on the allergy menu or by speaking with a chef. They do have meat carving carts and carcasses back in the kitchen so be warned or ask for a table far from the kitchen. 🥗 #vegandisneyworld •
