Burgers, Pizza, and More at Disney’s Pop Century Resort

One of my favorite resorts to soar over to eat at is Disney’s Pop Century Resort. This resort is a great one to stay at with it’s accessibility to the parks via the Disney Skyliner, and of course the food options at Everything Pop! Whether you’re staying here or are just visiting from another resort, food options are important.

During lunch and dinner there are several vegan options both on and off the menu. I tend to stick with the on menu options, but if you’re staying here you may want to branch out and see what else they can offer, so I have one suggestion for you in this post.

First up is one of my favorite quick service burgers, the Plant-based Burger. It is simple in name but offers some great flavors. This burger is a smashed Impossible patty topped with special burger sauce, pickles, lettuce, onion, and tomato.

The burger is cooked perfectly and offers a nice crunch to the edges of the patty. The burger sauce seems to be a simple mayo ketchup mix and they load your patty up with it. I would happily eat this burger everywhere if they all cooked them this well. I like the simple classic toppings and am glad they don’t slap some unmelted vegan cheese on it.

In addition to the burger you can also get an Impossible Meatloaf here. This option used to be available at other resorts but it is now only offered here. So if you’re missing this option elsewhere, you can ride on over here to get it.

The meatloaf is flavorful and offers a nice bite to it. It comes with herb and roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with a mushroom gravy. The image I have of this was from another resort when I got this so it does not have the gravy, even though it was also supposed to have it. This is a nice hearty dinner option.

If you’re looking for something that isn’t Impossible meat then you can grab the Mediterranean Curry-Chickpea Salad from the fridge. This option is pre-made and includes a grilled pita and tomato-cucumber salad. While I have not personally had this one yet, I have heard it is good. Just be sure to check the sell by date on the package.

For off menu options we were able to get a Vegan Cheese Pizza. We spoke with a chef who was able to take our order and made the pizza on a gluten free cauliflower crust. The pizza took about 15 minutes to get. While I didn’t care for this option when we got it, I imagine if I was staying here I wouldn’t mind it to change up what I was getting. I have also had Instagram followers mention they were able to get the vegan sausage from breakfast on the pizza if you’re looking to add a protein as a topping.

As always no meal is complete without dessert. This location has the allergy-friendly cupcake which flavors change seasonally. Currently it is the fall option with the vanilla cake. I can’t wait to see what the holiday flavor is this winter!

If you’re looking for breakfast you can find the review of the Vegetable Breakfast Quesadilla here.

Back in 2014 I created Vegan Disney World after going to Walt Disney World several times and finding no resource for vegan options. Corey and I began this blog from our trips and have now moved closer to the mouse to eat around the parks on a weekly basis. Since the blog started we have cruised on Disney Cruise Line, gone to Tokyo Disneyland and to Disneyland in California!
