The Best Tofu Bowl from Disney Springs

If you’re looking for something that contains vegetables and no fake meats during your trip, then you need to stop by Yesake in Disney Springs. This kiosk is located near Planet Hollywood and features fresh sushi bowls.

Here you can choose to customize a bowl or pick a pre-designed one. We opted for the Tofu Power Bowl but then added some seaweed salad and asked for sauces on the side so we could taste a few of them. I did ask for the allergy sheet so I could confirm which sauces were vegan. At the time of our visit we could get the Teriyaki, Korean BBQ, Spicy Poke, and Wasabi Ponzu sauces. The Power Bowl is supposed to come with the Ponzu, so we got that, Korean BBQ, and Spicy Poke.

When ordering a bowl you have the choice of rice or salad as a base, we went for rice. The bowl comes with cucumber, carrot, spinach, avocado, tempura crunch, and tofu. As I mentioned previously we added seaweed salad as well.

This bowl is such a great option. The textures are all great together, the tempura crunch is the star. The wasabi ponzu was really good and had a nice wasabi nose heat to it. The spicy poke sauce was my second favorite of what we tried, but it wasn’t very spicy, like at all. The Korean BBQ was good for dipping the tofu into, but on the bowl I don’t think it would be great as the only sauce. It was much thicker than the others so I don’t think it would coat everything as well. Definitely better as a top drizzle.

The tofu here is super firm and has a skin to it which adds a nice bite. This whole bowl is just truly so good and I can not recommend it enough. Be sure to try this on your next visit!

Back in 2014 I created Vegan Disney World after going to Walt Disney World several times and finding no resource for vegan options. Corey and I began this blog from our trips and have now moved closer to the mouse to eat around the parks on a weekly basis. Since the blog started we have cruised on Disney Cruise Line, gone to Tokyo Disneyland and to Disneyland in California!
