Whether you’re staying at a specific resort or not, you are able to dine at the various resorts around Walt Disney World. One of the easiest ones to get to, with some really great options, is Disney’s Riviera Resort which is located on the Disney Skyliner path. This is an easy resort to visit if you’re staying at a Skyliner resort or if you want to make a quick pop over here from Hollywood Studios or EPCOT.

Disney’s Riviera Resort is a Disney Vacation Club resort and has some really fantastic dining options. Their quick service restaurant, Primo Piatto, has some great vegan options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which you can see here.

For breakfast at Primo Piatto there is an on menu option called the Plant-based Eggs Platter. They do also have Overnight Oats and Allergy-Friendly Mickey Waffles here (upon request). During my visit I only tried the Plant-based Eggs Platter.

This platter comes with vegan egg scramble, grilled vegetables, and a plant-based sausage. The portion was a perfect amount and you get a ton of the vegan eggs. I will say my “eggs” were on the more runny side for myself personally. It wasn’t enough to totally turn me off, but I did need to avoid some of the wetter spots. The sausage was cooked well and I chopped it up and ate it with the vegan eggs for each bite.

The grilled vegetables on the plate were onion and eggplant. Under the eggplant was a delicious pesto sauce as well. I wasn’t sure how eggplant or pesto for breakfast would go, but I loved it. The whole dish was flavorful and felt like they actually gave it some thought.

I would absolutely come back for this breakfast option. I didn’t leave feeling weighed down or faux meat out. If you’re staying at Disney’s Caribbean Beach you can actually walk over here (or take the Skyliner if you’re staying closer to that station) and I highly recommend giving this and the Grilled Vegetable Skewer here a try!
