This option has been replaced with a Black Bean Burger
Connections Eatery in EPCOT first opened when they re-opened the middle area of the park. However, they have had a menu change since our initial visit here. If you remember at the time they used to have a vegan curry pizza that was a very unique option. This has since been replaced, however the other options we had at that time (Niçoise salad and Mango-Coconut Milkshake) are still on the menu.
The vegan meal here is now the California Burger which features a Beyond Burger with avocado, vegan dijon-mayo, lettuce, and tomato. For the side with this we can get fries, Cuties, or coleslaw.
The burger was cooked well and I really liked the creamy texture with the dijon-mayo and avocado. They also put a ton of the dijon-mayo on my burger. It felt like a lighter more fresh burger than a heavy meal. In a world of vegan burgers this was one I really enjoyed. I felt the topping choices were a bit more unique than usual and something I really enjoyed.
If you are in the mood for a burger I recommend giving this one a try. The niçoise salad here is also really good. I would pick this burger over the BBQ Jackfruit one at Regal Eagle.
