It’s not often that I get around to the Disney Springs area DVC (Disney Vacation Club) resorts, but the other week I went to check out Disney’s Old Key West Resort to see what the options were at their quick service. This resort has one quick service location, if you don’t count the pool location that’s only open for lunch, which only offers outdoor seating and doesn’t have mobile ordering.

Good’s Food to Go is centrally located near the pool and lobby. As mentioned before, it only has outdoor seating, so you can opt to take your food back to the room or head to the lobby if you’re not a guest here if the weather isn’t ideal for outdoor dining.

We went around 10 in the morning so we could snag both the breakfast option and the lunch options while there for the change over. The vegan breakfast here is called the Harvest Breakfast Wrap. The wrap has vegan egg, avocado, roasted tomatoes, and breakfast potatoes.

I was hoping this was going to be the vegan egg scrambled, but to my surprise it was the folded egg from JUST. I think this is actually the first time I’ve seen them use this “egg” on this coast, but I don’t know if this was the right use for it. The wrap was dinky. The folded just egg and the few slices of avocado with tomato left the wrap feeling empty. I was hoping the potatoes were in the wrap based on the menu, but they were on the side.

The wrap just tasted like warm avocado, the bites with the tomato were good though and added a much needed flavor burst. It definitely needed some salsa or hot sauce, or anything to add some more flavor. I wouldn’t get this again and if I was staying here this would have been a one and done for me.

The breakfast potatoes were good. They were well seasoned and you got a good portion of them. I actually ended up shoving some of them into the wrap to make it a little heartier and also give it some seasoning, which made the wrap more enjoyable.
For lunch/dinner we have three options, the Sunset Vegetable Wrap, Impossible Burger, and Power Salad. The Sunset Vegetable Wrap is listed as two completely different meals whether you look on the online menu or on the board. The online menu said it was going to have black bean hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, peppers, arugula, and romaine. The board menu at the restaurant said it had hummus, savory vegetables, and artisanal greens. So we had no idea what we were getting with it.

When we got the wrap it came in a pre-made ready to go container super quick. The wrap seemed to have been made the day before but wasn’t soggy at all and seemed incredibly fresh. The hummus on it looked to be red pepper hummus, and it was filled with peppers, carrots, and lettuce. It was a nice and light option, it had a good crunch to it as well. I don’t know if it would be the most filling of meals, but it was enjoyable as a simple veggie wrap.

The wrap also came with house-seasoned kettle chips which were delicious. They were the same chips used at Gurgling Suitcase, the pool bar next to the quick service, and had a nice flavor with salt and what I assume was paprika, it also had a solid crunch. They were thinly sliced and seemed very consistent overall.

The Power Salad was a great option and also something that was ready to go when we ordered it. This salad container was filled with mixed greens, edamame, chickpeas, red peppers, tomatoes, quinoa, and a key lime-mustard vinaigrette.

We got two containers of dressing for this which was the perfect amount for the size of this salad. This was a hearty salad and I think would be more filling than the wrap. There was loads of quinoa and chickpeas in it too. The vinaigrette was a nice sweet but tangy dressing for this salad. Overall a great option.

I didn’t notice when we were there but apparently they also have an Impossible Burger on the menu. We didn’t plan on getting that since it doesn’t show up on the online menu and we knew what we were going for. But I imagine it’s a basic burger with lettuce and tomato. I don’t know why the online menu here vs the board menu is so drastically different.
Overall the options are fine here. I would rather go to Olivia’s Cafe for breakfast (which has been updated to have vegan egg on it and you can get it to go!) than eat that wrap. But hey, at least there are options and it’s not nothing or only one thing!
