There is finally a vegan option in a place I have never stepped foot in at Walt Disney World. The Ganachery at Disney Springs is a must visit for so many people with their decadent chocolate treats. As of this month we finally have a vegan option to try from here!
For the month of March, and for Women’s History Month, The Ganachery released a plant-based option inspired by Ahsoka Tano. This Lady Tano Pop is fully vegan and features dark chocolate and a blueberry and coconut Ganache. They are pre-packaged and ready to grab off the shelf.
This little treat was so luxurious and creamy. We weren’t sure what to expect as we’d never had anything from here, so when we bit in and found it soft we were very excited. It had a strong coconut flavor with the chocolate. We couldn’t taste any blueberry, but I didn’t mind the coconut heavy flavor. The dark chocolate wasn’t bitter at all and blended perfectly with the creamy Ganache.
I truly hope they opt to keep this year round and not just for the month as a vegan option from here (which is also often allergy friendly) is absolutely needed and desired by many! Here’s hoping the Lady Tano Pop becomes a permanent item here.
