Fall is in full swing here, even if it may still feel like summer. Which means that Erin McKenna’s Bakery at Disney Springs has continued to add their fun seasonal treats to the case! We were lucky enough to snag one of their Mini Pumpkin Pies the other day.
Erin McKenna’s Bakery is a totally vegan and gluten free bakery located in the middle of Disney Springs. If you are hoping to grab a pie, be sure to go early! They have both pumpkin pie and apple pie available, but I am a sucker for a good pumpkin pie.
The pumpkin pie is absolutely delicious. It has a nice soft texture without being too much like a pudding. I often am not a fan of pie crusts and I actually really enjoyed the crust on this pie, to the point that I ate the whole thing! The size is perfect, similar to a large slice of pie, but easily shared as well.
Typically they have these pies in the case until December. Be sure to stop in the bakery early in the day to secure one as they go fast! You can also order a whole pie for yourself all year long.
