The Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has some great vegan options. Just let them know when making your reservation (and again when checking in) that you’re vegan and they’ll take care of you. Most of the appetizers are already vegan, then for the entree you get a delicious family size dish with rice, stir fried vegetables, and tofu. For dessert they have a vegan chocolate cake. 🌺 #vegandisneyworld

At Garden Grill in Epcot they have a whole vegan skillet they offer. It’s loaded with rice, green beans, corn, French fries, and a vegan loaf with a vegan crema drizzled on it. The Spaghetti and Mushroom Meatballs are well seasoned and a great size. The dish would be absolutely amazing if they had vegan Parmesan 😋. One of our absolute favorite spots for quick service in Disney World is at Docking Bay 7 in Hollywood Studios. Here you can get the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread. The Kefta is made from Impossible meat and has some great seasoning to it. The hummus is super creamy and it’s a great fresh meal. ✨ #vegandisneyworld •
