Whether you’re someone who hits the park for rope drop or you take your time in the morning, one thing can be agreed upon, you’re going to be hungry at some point. Finding vegan breakfast at the Walt Disney World theme parks from quick service restaurants can often be, well, non-existent. However, there is one location at Disney’s Animal Kingdom which has a plant-based breakfast option on the menu.

Satu’li Canteen can be found in the Pandora area of this park. This location has always offered a great lunch and dinner with their Chili-Spiced Crispy Fried Tofu Bowl. So when they released a breakfast menu we were super excited to see a vegan option on the menu.

We can enjoy the Tropical Pandoran Forest Fruits for breakfast, as long as it’s before 10am. This entree features vegan yogurt, muesli, agave, and fruit.

I was a little nervous this option would be too sweet as I personally can’t do sweet breakfasts, but I am happy to report that it was just fruit sweet and not overly sweetened in any other way. This bowl offered excellent textures and a great portion size. Some of my fruit was a little past due for eating, but overall the bowl was very good.

There was both fresh fruit and dried fruit chunks mixed in the yogurt and also the granola. All in all this was a well balanced dish. I really enjoyed this breakfast bowl and would happily eat this again on another morning.
