If you are visiting Walt Disney World between now (November 12) and December 1st be sure to head to Disney Springs and get this limited time cupcake from Sprinkles Cupcakes! The Vegan Sugar and Spice Cupcake is available in addition to the usual vegan Red Velvet Cupcake.
This cupcake features Miyoko’s Cinnamon Brown Sugar Oat Milk Butter in the spiced cake and then is topped with a vegan cream cheese frosting. It is the perfect blend of sweet and creamy and the cake is incredibly moist. The frosting didn’t love the Florida heat though, so I recommend eating it upon purchasing.
You can pick this up at the Cupcake ATM outside or head inside and order one. I really enjoyed this cupcake, more than the Red Velvet if I’m being honest, and will be back for another before it disappears in a few weeks!
