There is a new breakfast option over at Disney’s All-Star Movie’s Resort. The cute little Mickey Frittatas have left and we now have a Vegetable Breakfast Quesadilla at World Premiere Food Court.

This has officially made it’s way to all three All-Star Resorts, Pop Century, Art of Animation, and Port Orleans Riverside and French Quarter.

This new option is a large vegan quesadilla filled with egg, sausage, cheese, pico de gallo, spinach, and mushrooms. They cook it open on a conveyer belt and the cheese IS ACTUALLY MELTED! You can either order this in person or on the app via the My Disney Experience Mobile Dining.

It’s an interesting choice to do this as a quesadilla and not as a burrito. However, the filling inside was substantial and when you got a bite with all the components it was very flavorful. The outside edges of my tortilla were pretty crispy so I just broke those off.

There were a few chucks of vegan sausage, I assume was Beyond Meat, which was honestly the perfect amount. It was loaded with the vegan egg and the vegetables which was really nice. It was easier to eat than I expected, but it was one of those handheld foods that you pretty much can’t set down without fear of it imploding.

The vegan quesadilla comes with potato barrels as the side. They were very crispy and had a good amount of salt on them. It was a large portion and left me full for a long time.

I really enjoy this new option and I love to see some more creativity when it comes to breakfast options for us. I am still waiting for more in park options, but seeing new breakfasts at the resorts is a great start. They did also have a vegan overnight oats in the grab and go area, and I am sure if you ask you can likely get vegan/gluten free Mickey waffles. They also have a bowl that my friend Suzannah at VeganDisneyFood.com was able to modify to be vegan too.
