If you have a sweet tooth I have a recommendation for you! Head over to Disney’s Contemporary Resort and visit their quick service, Contempo Cafe. This is easily reached via monorail if you’re at the Magic Kingdom or EPCOT.
Head over to their coolers where they keep the ready to go desserts and grab a Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar which is a completely vegan dessert! This dessert features a chocolate crust, peanut butter cream, chocolate ganache and a strawberry whipped cream.
The flavors reminded me both of a buckeye and a peanut butter and jelly. The chocolate and peanut butter flavors were a perfect mix and it was creamy and delicious. The strawberry added a nice sweeter component to a pretty decadent dessert.
I will be sure to grab one of these again next time I come through here. I do recommend eating it while it’s still cold as it gets a little hard to eat if you let it get to room temperature as it melts a bit.
