Korean-Style Impossible Burger found at Moderate and Value Resorts

Over the last few years the Walt Disney World Resorts have started to simplify their menus and have a lot of the same options offered at several locations. One of those items is a vegan burger which can be enjoyed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside Resorts, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and all three of the Disney All-Star Resorts.

This is the Korean-Style Impossible Burger, which features an Impossible Burger with a Korean bbq sauce, pickled slaw, and cucumbers on a vegan brioche bun. You have the option of fries or apple slices if you order via Mobile Ordering, or can note when ordering in person.

I ordered mine in person and it took about 5-10 minutes since they had to cook my Impossible burger to order. The burger was cooked perfectly and was well seasoned. The burger was spicy, I wasn’t sure if it was the bbq sauce or the patty itself as you can see how seasoned it is on the patty itself. It was absolutely delicious. I have gotten to the point where another vegan burger is not exciting at all, but this burger was so good!

The slaw and cucumbers added a nice texture to the sandwich. The bbq sauce had a sweetness to it which I really enjoyed, but as a whole the burger absolutely packed some heat. So if you are not into spicy food, I don’t recommend this one for you.

This is something I definitely recommend trying if you’re staying at one of these resorts, or making a stop at any of the 8 that have it to try it if you like spicy food and want a burger.

Back in 2014 I created Vegan Disney World after going to Walt Disney World several times and finding no resource for vegan options. Corey and I began this blog from our trips and have now moved closer to the mouse to eat around the parks on a weekly basis. Since the blog started we have cruised on Disney Cruise Line, gone to Tokyo Disneyland and to Disneyland in California!
