Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 2021 Menus Released!

We’re a week out from the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and they have finally released the menus for the event. This year the festival will run from July 15th to November 20th.

Unfortunately not all of the booths will open on July 15th, there is a large list of those opening on October 1st (which is Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary) so we have to wait to enjoy one of our favorites from last year. Let’s see what is marked as plant-based this year and if any are returning options.

Plant-based Options

Returning this year is the Earth Eats hosted by Impossible™ booth. This year they are bringing back the The Impossible™ Burger Slider with Wasabi Cream and Spicy Slaw on a Sesame Seed Bun which has been a favorite for several years now.

Impossible™ Burger Slider

They also added in a new Impossible™ Three-Bean Chili this year. There are only two options at this booth this year.

Next is the Mac & Eats booth which is a new version of last years Mac & Cheese booth. They are bringing back my favorite Macaroni and Cheese with House-made Italian Sausage and Peppers, but this booth won’t open until October 1st.

Macaroni & Cheese

We have a new booth this year called The Noodle Exchange which has a Tofu Pho with Enoki Mushrooms and Thai Basil. This item is noted as not only plant based but also gluten friendly. I am excited to try this one.

Next up is Refreshment Outpost which has 2019’s Africa booths Spicy Githeri with White Beans, Pigeon Peas, Ben’s Original™ Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley and Kachumbari Slaw. This was a spicy one a few years ago, so I hope it packs that same heat.

If you want something sweet this year then you can head to Shimmering Sips hosted by CORKCICLE® booth again for the Banana Bread with Mixed Berry Compote which is returning from last year.

Plant-based Banana Bread

Next is Morocco, Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina. This booth will have Fried Falafel Pita with Tahini Sauce which I am very excited for.

The India booth has a Madras Red Curry with Roasted Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, Chickpeas and Ben’s Original™ Basmati Rice.

Mid festival Bew-Wing added a vegan option, the Brussels Sprouts. These are crispy sprouts covered in hot sauce and a vegan (coconut based) ranch. A must try for other hot sauce lovers!
