  1. I was at Typhoon Lagoon yesterday and at Leaning Palms there’s a sign that’s separate from the main menu that lists 3 vegetarian and 3 vegan options. We had vegan wraps and they were very good. Just make sure it’s the vegan wrap not the veggie wrap as we received one of the veggie ones by mistake and it had cheese on it.

  2. I’m currently at The Edison and they have: “The Impossible Burger (lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, on a potato bun)” and it’s labeled vegan

    1. Hey Scott, we’ve heard about that, however we have also been informed that the bun isn’t vegan (even though it’s listed as such) and it is only offered during lunch. How was your experience there?

      1. Just so other vegans know the impossible burger is tested on animals!! Even the company admits to being “plant based” not “vegan”

  3. I was really excited to find lots of people saying that Blaze pizzas can be vegan so I went to Blaze pizza in Disney Springs last night. It was a good start….clean gloves, fresh veggies from separate tubs to the ones on display and vegan (daiya) cheese.

However, when I watched my pizza being cooked, I saw it being dragged and slid into the oven across the fallout from other pizzas; melted (dairy) cheese, little bits of meat that had fallen off other pizzas etc. They also cut your pizza with the same cutter that has been used for meat etc. unless you remind them!

Anyone with a lactose allergy will struggle here because of the cross contamination. But you could perhaps get lucky if you go as soon as they open, when the ovens are clean.
It was very busy last night when I went so I’m guessing that the ovens had a days worth of crap in them.

I know that different people have different tolerances, but having said at the beginning to the server that I have allergies and that I am vegan and to be told that it was all fine, I was very disappointed.

The staff were very apologetic and refunded my pizza and I was told that I could have another one cooked, but that it would still be with the same paddle in the oven full of bits.

Perhaps they should have some pizza trays that are kept for vegan customers that the pizzas could be baked on. Until that happens, I cannot and will not eat a pizza that has meat and cheese residue on 🙁

  4. Just went to the grand floridian cafe. They sub the salmon in miso glazed salmon (+ green beans + lemon rice) for tofu. It was really good! The vanilla non-dairy ice cream + vegan/gluten free spiced cookies were similarly great w/ black coffee

  5. I am the only one in my family who is vegan, one of our reservations is at the Boathouse. Do you know if they have any vegan options or if they could change a little bit of their menu soI could eat there?

  6. Just been to splitsville and doubled checked both of the bases have honey in them. Making them not vegan, even though they have an option of honey washed or traditional which would make you assume he traditional was fine but it’s not.

  7. Was pleasantly surprised by the advertised vegan menu at blizzard beach! Everything I received was labeled vegan (I got the veggie wrap which was simple but delicious). The meal came with chips but they were very kind to inform me that they’re cooked in the same fryer as the meat so they offered to replace it with apples, which I did. Very impressed by blizzard beach, would definitely recommend!!!

  8. I made a special trip to Disney Springs during my recent trip just to try Blaze Pizza & Erin McKenna’s, and I’m so glad I did! I’m gluten free as well & the gf crust at Blaze is really good, and Erin McKenna’s is vegan & gluten free heaven! <3

  9. I dined at Frontera Cocina today and it was awesome. The chef came out to talk through the vegan options. I got black bean enchiladas with veggies and guacamole. They have two types of black beans, one of which is vegan (the other option is cooked with pork). I highly recommend this restaurant.

  10. How good is Blaze Pizza? I ate there twice on our December trip, and would’ve gone a third time if the logistics had worked out. Really delicious, loads and loads of vegan choices, very friendly staff, and even if there’s a line, it moves superfast. With Erin McKenna’s right down the street, Disney Springs has turned into Vegan Heaven!

  11. Hello, I went to Splitsville today and asked about the crust and they said the only vegan crust is the gluten free. Both the white and the wheat crust have an egg wash already on them that cannot be made without. Other than that it was great!!!

  12. Just got back from our Disney Trip. Absolutely loved Erin Mckennas Bakery. They actually do let you use the Disney dining plan there. You can use a snack, or sub three items as a quick service. Awesome place. Definitely recommend!

  13. Have there been any updates about the vegan/not vegan status of the B.B. Wolf veggie sausage roll and toppings?

    1. It is vegan, but the veggies are cooked in butter. If you ask, they will cook them in oil for you instead.

  14. Can you add a candy list? I am a vegan and want a caramel apple from the Disney springs candy shop. What are their vegan options?

  15. Frontera Cocina has a delicious mushroom torta. Must ask for the item without the goat cheese! They are able to make most things vegan.

  16. This site is great as we are Disney fans and are all now vegan. When we went in July I was vegan but my daughter had a dairy intolerance and mostly all places we ate at were very helpful and accommodating. We ate at the Rainforest cafe at Disney Springs on our last day and they had nothing on the menu that was suitable for vegans but the chef came out and was very accommodating and cooked me a special meal of pasta, marinara sauce and roasted vegetables 🙂

    1. The House of Blues just changed their menu like a month ago so all of the wonderful vegan things that are listed on the peta site are no longer here. I would check out the Trattoria
