Wolfgang Puck Express Hummus Veggie Wrap

Many people take a rest day, or half day, during their trips and spend some time at Disney Springs. This part of Walt Disney World is free to enter and is full of shopping and dining. We love spending time here as there’s just a lot to see and things to buy! There are tons of food options here and recently we stumbled upon one of our new favorite lunch spots.

Wolfgang Puck Express

Over in the Marketplace you can find Wolfgang Puck Express. This quick service style restaurant is located next to Disney’s Days of Christmas store and the Spice and Tea Exchange (formally Mickey’s Pantry).

We stopped in to see if we could get the Whole Wheat Hummus Wrap vegan. We were told that it could be vegan if ordered without feta. The wrap is full of cucumbers, arugula, red onions, kalamata olives, and tomato vinaigrette and is served with house-made chips.

It took about 10 minutes for our food to come out when we went, which wasn’t bad considering they bring the food to your table. The wraps were a good size and packed full of veggies. I am also low key always excited when I get a pickle.

There was so much hummus in these it was oozing out of the wrap, but we weren’t mad. There was a bit too much raw red onion for me personally, but otherwise the veggie ratio was great. Honestly, I could not taste the tomato vinaigrette that was apparently in there.

Sometimes you just want a solid veggie option that is light, plus it seems a bit healthier than a pizza from Blaze or a burger from D-Luxe Burger. The chips were also good, we did not ask if they were in a shared fryer at the time, so be sure to ask if that is something you avoid.

We’ll definitely be stopping back in for this wrap.

Back in 2014 I created Vegan Disney World after going to Walt Disney World several times and finding no resource for vegan options. Corey and I began this blog from our trips and have now moved closer to the mouse to eat around the parks on a weekly basis. Since the blog started we have cruised on Disney Cruise Line, gone to Tokyo Disneyland and to Disneyland in California!
